I helped develop and lead the creative strategy for email journeys that drove lift in retention and growth. Partnering with marketing, brand, strategy, behavior science, and our testing group, we used an engaging, insight-driven approach—enhanced by AI tools—to craft everything from acquision journeys to Chronic Care device-reminder emails…and everything in between. By using AI tools to power both creative development and efficiency, we delivered refreshed journeys that lifted key revenue streams and turned essential touchpoints into a strong driver of business results.

Bringing life-changing stories to life.
Working on Teladoc Health’s video storytelling was a professional high point, and the Diabetes Prevention Video Series was my personal favorite. We began by concepting without knowing who our featured members would be—writing flexible, hopeful scripts designed to evolve with real stories. When the time came, those stories exceeded every expectation. Meeting the members, adapting the work to reflect their lived experiences, and hearing how Teladoc had changed—and even saved—their lives was deeply moving. These videos went on to become a cornerstone across channels, but the most lasting impact was the privilege of helping real people share their truth.

Introducing the new look of virtual healthcare to the real world.
As part of Teladoc Health’s 2023 new brand launch, we brought our message to life with an out-of-home takeover across New York City. From connected creative in subway entrances and in-car digital screens, to a standout Times Square presence timed with a major national health convention, the campaign turned high-traffic spaces into high-impact storytelling. The result: a bold, timely statement that sparked conversation and brought our brand front and center—right in front of key healthcare stakeholders.

At Teladoc Health, we used print to reach members where digital didn’t always go, creating materials that informed, reassured, and motivated action.
