A little bit of work from a whole lot of projects.

In my 4+ years at GameStop, I created the messaging and helped lead creative on hundreds of projects. Digital, web, print, in-store, email, DM, social, and pretty much every channel short of broadcast were in the mix. Along the way, I helped lead a complete rebrand and wrote new brand copy guidelines. That included developing a new voice and tone, along with a sliding “voice scale” that explained how and when to dial up the brand voice, depending on the type of communication and channel. It was extremely well received by the leadership at GameStop, as well as our audience.
